The staff were polite and very, very nice. My room included a couch and an iron. Nothing was too much trouble; I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Our room - so spacious and very comfortable - especially the bed, pillows, and linens. A very close second was the welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly from the moment we entered the premises during SXSW week, which was very busy.The continental breakfast was very adequate and set us up for the day.

Downtown Austin was a $15 cab ride away.The hotel does not have a bar.The location was unappealing.

The beds were extremely comfy and the rooms were pleasant and brand-new. The bathroom was large and included a bathtub, which I loved. Nice and perfect location in a business or convention area.

Enjoyed this hotel very much,had a little construction so there was a little traffic.. The hotel did not smell, rooms were very clean. The bed was wonderfull, had a little concern with the lumps in the bedspread.. It turn out to be nothing.. The pollows was the best part of the room!!! Will return again and again..

It was a special hotel - I liked best staff and easy location. Location: the property was really close to the airport for early flights out of the airport with out having to find parking, Congress Avenue and downtown, and Austin.

The staff was very friendly and kept everything clean. Our room was a good size with comfortable beds. Having shampoo and soap provided was a nice bonus. The service was top-notch and the pool was well-maintained.

Nice place, close to event I was attending. Very comfortable, clean. Looked to be recently remodeled.

Website said all rooms had microwaves and refrigerators. NO microwaves. Please correct website or put in microwaves. Also weekend staff at breakfast just added excess water when oatmeal started running low. Made inedible. Like no one would notice.

It was difficult to find the Hotel at night from the airport

The place was convenient and fairly clean. It was nicely furnished, freshly cleaned, and with a hid-a-bed. The staff and people generally were really helpful. This was a comfy and easy location right by the airport for early flights out of the airport, the restaurant, and Austin.

It was clean & nice complimentary breakfast.

Air conditioner in my room did not work & was not offered a different room. I was asked to unplug the air conditioner & work on it myself. I suffered through the night in that room because we'd driven 6+ hours & didn't have the strength to cause a scene & move to another room.

Beds were great very comfortable, large bathroom . Great staff at the desk at night

Had issues with bill, charged a different amount than booked , front desk fixed right away but original amount of $100.00 more charged to bank account !!!!!!

This hotel is so close to all the action, just on the outskirts of town. It's also conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for travelers. The staff is incredibly friendly, taking the time to chat and ensure everything is satisfactory. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great amenities like free Wi-Fi and a fast, responsive elevator. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering options like scrambled eggs, maple sausage, and, of course. You can even enjoy refreshments at check-in, like cookies, chips & salsa, cheese, and wine.

The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved.

It's in a good spot - easy to get downtown.

I slept on the sofa bed and it was AWFUL. The room needs a full paint; the walls are very scuffed, which makes the room feel shabby.
